Executive coaching
All of us here at Praesta have experienced as top managers that to lead successful organisations, successfully face the challenges of the constantly changing business environment is no easy task.
Once we are over the majority of professional and business training course, have the necessary practice and routine in leading, then further improvement lies within us primarily.
To be able to live a full life in all the roles we have to create harmony in our lives.
Mobilising our inner resources is usually easier if there is someone, who as an equal partner, with similar experiences stands by us, with whom we can share our goals, plans, ideas, motivations, fears and challenges, candidly and free of organisational games. This person is the executive coach who accompanies us towards the ever higher levels of leadership excellence.
The Executive Coaching Programme of Praesta helps you to:
- Understand the unity of our spiritual, mental and physical resources
- Discover and strengthen your own excellence
- Experience the force of harmony between passion and obligation, professional and private live, and between our various roles in life
- Enjoy and pass on the joy of evolution
- Always have goals and be aware at all times where you are heading

- Enjoy life, enjoy success
With the help of our programme you can continue your inner journey with renewed energies.
All of us has received help, support or guidance for other people at certain points of our lives – when we needed it the most. Sometimes it is enough if someone stands by us, reassures us, or simply just is at the right place at the right time to change the direction of our lives.

Team-coaching
A group of leaders will not automatically for a team with high performance. According to our experiences disharmony occurs even in leaders’ groups where the leaders possess all competences necessary for their work and show excellent performance in their own professional fields. In such cases the most common deficiency is that there is no common basis valid for the entire group, there is no knowledge about each other’s internal way of ticking, motivations, personality types, there is no common language that could – departing from the individual members of the leadership team – create a targeted, efficient working method on group level, being comfortable for everyone involved. Many times it is the opinion of the number one leader or several more domineering leaders that define the operation of the entire team.
In such cases the organisation is characterised by endless or very short formal management meetings, false decisions, internal conflicts, open or hidden games and low level of success. The “decisions” made are not followed by real, expedient action, the same problems are discussed time after time, without finding a real solution.
During the Praesta Team Coaching Programme we help you and your team to:
- Explore and understand the operative processes and recurring patterns determining the everyday of the leadership.
- Identify and use for the benefit of the group operation the inner motivations and preferences present on the group level
- Coordinate the individual and corporate values, harmonize individual and group objectives in order to achieve a higher level organisational performance
- Establish new co-operation and decision-making mechanisms relying on the strength of the leadership group as a whole
With the help of our programme you will enjoy the liberating and inspiring feeling of a team efficiently co-operating to achieve common goals.

Management workshop
During leadership teamwork it is common that a workshop is the most practical method for achieving the objectives set. Experienced leaders usually are able to prepare, plan, arrange and follow-up workshops excellently, even on their own, also we have done so several times in the managerial positions of our own organisations. However, there are situations when – mainly to ensure an independent observer – it is better to implement workshops by involving an external expert. It is most often the case, when vision and strategy have to be created or updated, but even in the case of other organisational or professional issues it can be more practical to use this form instead of arranging the workshop within the organisation. In such cases it is of a greater importance that all leaders involved be able to actively participate in the work process, without having to worry about arranging the event.
During the Praesta Management Workshop Programme we help you and your team to
- Exactly determine the objectives related to the task or process
- Realise the professional preparation necessary for successful implementation
- Arrange the workshops in an objective manner, independently from the organisational system of relations
- Ensure that new methodological approaches be included in the joint work
- Realise the workshops in line with the set objectives and indicators, and by the set deadline
- Ensure that the results be documented
- Ensure that follow-up steps and action plans be defined
With the help of our programme you can experience the added value stemming from the independence and objectivity of the external expert, and the comforting feeling of the efficiency and success of the professionally led teamwork.

Change Management
We know, we feel and experience each day that change is eternal, be it in our professional or private life. Since we cannot avoid change, it is very important to know how to relate to it, how to manage it. As top managers we know that there are a lot of things to do between the present, customary and the future, desirable state on all levels of the organisation, so as not only to drift with the change, but to handle it in a professional way, whether it is about supporting the managers involved, a new type of co-operation with the colleagues, operational processes or the preparation of the team leading the change. Those are all necessary for the successful implementation of a change management project.
During the Praesta Change Management Programme we help you to
- Determine the necessity of change (awareness, emphasizing that it cannot be postponed)
- Establish and prepare the team leading the change
- Assess the readiness to change
- Determine the change strategy and the focus areas
- Prepare the change plan
- Plan the follow-up
- Obtain quick wins
- Strengthen and stabilize the change
With the help of our programme you will lead the change processes, not suffer them, being a leader who successfully implements the shift between the present and the future state, however full this shift be of challenges.
Do not fear change, fear constancy instead!

FTSE100 Cross-Company Mentoring Program – Hungary
Women are still under-represented in top management. Holding a top manager position as a woman is a very complex challenge. The high complexity resulting from such a position is not primarily due to the professional content of the task, but more to the complexity of expectations. In such situations women have to balance between the “usual” expectations concerning top managers and the still very traditional social expectations stemming from family roles. Furthermore, often they have little chance to discuss the challenges resulting from their special situation, to obtain support adjusted to their situation.
As the Hungarian representative of the FTSE100 Cross-Company Mentoring Program Praesta will help the women advancing on the road of leadership excellence to
- Identify within the frames of a coaching process her objectives and expectations in connection with mentoring
- Find a mentor, who working as a top manager for another company will support her
- Receive continuous support from our experts during the mentoring process
With the help of our programme you will receive regular, invigorating support, will gather new leadership experiences and problem solving methods from the practice of another top manager and will find your way easier in this “men’s world”.
Providing this programme in Hungary our partner is the Hungarian Business Leaders Forum (HBLF)
Further information about the programme can be found HERE.

Coach-type manager development programme
At the top of all successful companies there are a tremendous amount of professional knowledge and experience concentrated throughout the years. The majority of top managers do not stop in professional development, often they become a market reference in their professional area. The path of this development is almost “self-evident”, since the series of training courses and everyday work eventually shows its results.
However, what is not so natural, and – based on our experiences – by time it may present the biggest leadership challenge is to show a managerial approach that takes into consideration the colleagues’ own strengths and needs, and is aimed at developing. This “coach-type” manager approach is the manifestation in practice of several types of knowledge and mindsets, as well as of a well-practised behavioural pattern.
In the absence of this, organisation tension can result from the fact that such a leader is overly domineering the operation, opinions and solutions of colleagues and co-leaders are usually not considered, which will restrict the opportunities of the company and may even lead to personal conflicts and internal frustration.
During Praesta’s development programme we help you to
- Get familiar with the characteristics and advantages of the coach-type managerial work
- Obtain a tool-set for everyday operation
- Practise the use of the most important tools, and building them into your leadership skills
- Obtain personal experiences about coaching through the coaching-type working on a personal development need
With the help of our programme as a result of you getting acquainted with the coach-type leadership approach the corporate culture, employee commitment and satisfaction will improve, and consequently performance and income will increase.
If there is any one secret of success, it lies in the ability to get the other person’s point of view and see things from that person’s angle as well as from your own.

Supervision provided to coach-type leaders
Being a coach-type leader it is important to have regular professional coaching support that helps in handling possible deadlocks and in the quality assurance of the use of the coaching tools. In most cases this support is not possible within a given organisation due to the lack or narrowness of necessary competence, thus a coach-type leader can easily become uncertain or even lonesome.
During Praesta’s supervision programme to support coach-type leaders we will help you to
- Implement the formerly learned coaching skills in your daily practice
- Obtain external expert feedback, support and help to move on in your own actual cases
- Broaden your coaching tool-set from the practice of other, experienced coaches
- Keep in regular professional contact with the renowned experts of the coaching profession
With the help of our programme you will become more confident in using your continuously developing coaching competences and will experience the power of the regular co-operation with a professional leadership community.

360° assessment and feedback
Being a top manager it is characteristic that we do not or hardly ever receive feedback about our work. However, everyone needs to have a picture – apart from his/her own internal judgement – about how his/her intentions are realised, how others see him/her. Often there are no such feedback processes at all, or even if there are some, many times they are very formal, without the actual discussion of the feedback, and without follow-up steps. In such cases the leaders might find themselves in an ivory tower, wondering why the processes of the organisation are not going on as they intended them to.
During Praesta’s 360° assessment and feedback programme we will help you to
- Have feedback of your leadership competences based on the opinions of your subordinate colleagues, co-leaders and manager, and receive messages about your strengths and areas to improve.
- Understand how you can become a more excellent leader
- Test your knowledge about yourself, by assessing yourself and comparing the results from the feedback received from others.
- Set your development goals (together with their fulfilment indicators) based on the estimations about you and other known information
- Obtain knowledge-based and methodological support for your development path
With the help of our programme you can determine the direction and concrete content of your future personal development based on a total internal and external picture about your personality.

Soundboarding
We know, sometimes it is a very lonely thing to be a manager. Sometimes all we need is an open-minded and professional conversation partner, who using his/her own experiences holds up a mirror to us, calling our attention to the dangerous points or urging us to seek new opportunities. Helps us to think aloud and put into words for ourselves our challenges, ideas, the alternatives and risks of solutions.
During Praesta’s Soundbording programme we will help you to
- Dissect your ideas through the glasses, views of another person
- Discover new, creative approaches
- Dissolve your “leaders’ loneliness”
- Model your ideas in a supporting environment
With the help of our programme you will be able to make more carefully thought-out and better founded leadership decisions, and to embrace new inspiring ideas.
